Hi, Has anyone heard of the new requirements that you MUST have a degree of some sort to get TESA approval? I accepted another position in my company (very large govt. contractor) to go to Germany and all was going well but they said Germany changed the requirements recently and that all people getting TESA certification had to have a degree.

No, not the majority. Most of the people going there are Japanese, followed by Americans/Chinese. But i'm pretty sure the next biggest Demographic are people from Germany. I should add that the area is a popular Tourist destination anyway, people don't come here just for the Eagles Nest. But 80% of them go there.
